List of shared records is shown by selecting the "Shared records" item in the "View" menu. This item also displays the result of a search.

The list of records is shown in the left part of the window in the following format: Type of the record: ID

The record content, in the form of a tree of its elements, is shown in the right part of the window.

    On the lower panel:
  • Button "Create:" opens the Record Editor and creates a new record of the type specified in the dropdown list at the side.
  • Button "Edit" opens the record in the Record Editor.
  • Button "Delete" removes the record, warning about the removing in advance, and also about the references to this shared record.
  • Button "Info" displays the record information in the Information window.
  • Button "Referrers" shows all other records (persons, families, file header and other shared records) that refer to the record selected. The "Back" button then becomes available, allowing the user to return to the initial list of shared records.

If the switch "Always on top" is checked, the List of shared records will always remain on top (in front) of other windows.
