Menu "File" - "Configuration..."

Opens a dialog window for changing the program configuration, and editing of the configuration file Relatives.ini which is in the program directory.

"Configuration" dialog allows to set five configuration parameters:

1) Language of the program interface (parameter lang in Relatives.ini file). This parameter, when set, has priority when the program sets the interface language. See Multilingual interface.

2) Maximum number of undo move (parameter unmove_lev in Relatives.ini file). See Menu "Edit" - "Undo move"

3) Default background color of the tree in hexadecimal format (parameter bgcolor in Relatives.ini).

4) Automatic date/time stamp of a record change (parameter chan_stamp in Relatives.ini). This parameter defines whether each record's CHAN (Change) tag is set to the current data and time on each modification or not. Absence of the parameter means records' CHAN tag will not be set, chan_stamp=1 will set only date of the change and chan_stamp=2 will set both date and time of the change.

5) "Reload last open file on Startup" flag (parameter open_last in Relatives.ini).

Relatives.ini file exaple:

If some parameter is not set the default value will be used:
1) Interface language: OS Windows system language;
2) Background color: D2ECD2 (light-pistachio, the same as this text's background);
3) Maximum number of undo move - 3;
4) Automatic date/time stamp of a record change - no;
5) Reload last open file on Startup - no.
